Returns, Replacements, and Refunds are available
Upon receiving the Products through the Website within a reasonable period, the User may return them according to the terms contained in the individual policy.
It should be noted, however, that Vital Sports Nutrition will not accept any products if:
- An injury caused to the Products by the User.
- The product’s characteristics have been altered in any way. Product returns will be rejected if the product returned does not match what was delivered, according to the Seller.
- It may be necessary for the Website or the Seller to notify you if they consider it necessary.
In the case of returns or exchanges, follow these steps:
- You should initiate a return/exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
- It is unlikely that the tags will be damaged.
- Unused products must be in undamaged condition.
- The returned item must be packaged in its original packaging.
The user can return the product using any courier service of his or her choice when VSN does not pick up the product within 15 days of delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it for a full refund less shipping and handling charges (including all the original packaging).

We’ll email you an RMA number and packing slip within 48-72 hours of receiving your purchase order. You should send the item to the address provided with the RMA number. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping.
If the process of returning a package may be delayed if you do not have a label or an RMA number. Our online store is the only place where you can return products. Returns are not allowed for products purchased from another online retailer. If you receive a refund, you will also receive any promotional or discount you used during your purchase.
